"Elven Queen's" Ring [RI2014-2]

      I've started writing this post long ago but I never publish it. Right now it's quite late here and I can't sleep, so I decided to turn on my pc and here I am :). Life is passing by with really fast pace and just now I realized that it's almost 8 months since my last month. I still create new designs but with work and family I don't spend so much time as I used to surfing on the net. 

     Enough with my late night thoughts, I would like to show you one ring I designed a while ago, which is part of my spring collection. It is made of recycled leather and a beautiful faceted agate stone. Dark brown combined with forest green, just the perfect combination! Especially for our little pixies and elves!

Experimenting & My Moody Mood

         Hi folks! What's up? It's raining and I have the most "amazing" mood. A little sad, a little angry and very very tired. I would like to just give up but I can't... I'm too stubborn to do that. So I'm stuck with my ups and downs... and that "beautiful" weather doesn't help at all. I hate my blog's background as well, I need to change it soon. At least writing here my thoughts helps sooo much!! I almost feel a little better. Anyway, I would like to share my news with you.

          I decided to change the way I file my photographs and the codes of my designs, so from now on there won't be any codes at the end of my titles. 

          Yesterday, my students and I, we created beautiful bracelets with polymer clay beads and gemstone chips. I believe that I'll be able to post some photo tomorrow or during the weekend. 

          At last, I would like to show you my new tote bag! It took me 1 and a half months to create it but it worth it! I wanted a nice large black back with inner pockets and suitable for my needs (I carry almost everything around :P). Textured up-cycled black leather with cross-stitch details.

Magenta Arty Workshop: Creative Swirls [13/11/2013]

     Hello folks!!! What's up?? I got news!! Many many things happened lately! First, my graduation ceremony will be at the end of the month!!! (yay!!!). I've been waiting for tooooo long to read about it, so it feels like a miracle!!! 

     Second, I would like to show the creations of my awesome students!! (ooo yes, you read correctly!). I teach Jewelry Design for Novices (and not) at Magenta Arty Workshop! and bellow you can see what we created at our second workshop!!

She Was A ... "Silver Bride"

       There are moments when you hear a song and then you just can't forget it... "From the misty dreams of nighttime..". That was how everything started :) Last Sunday my soul-mate and his band had a concert and when I heard the first notes.. I just .. I don't know... I've heard this song many many times before but that moment , it was amazing. They say that music has the power to ennoble the masses...it sure does!!!

Hello lovelies!

     Today I'm moody but very creative!! I've been trying to tidy up the whole mess around here. I still have boxes around and sometime soon I have to unpack for sure but it's boring! I've unpacked all the important stuff (my tools, my beads etc...)! Anyway today's post is a sneak peak! I want to decorate my living room and since I love butterflies I decided to experiment with air dry clay! So the result was these 3D butterflies!! I haven't finished with their wings yet but I couldn't wait to share!

Work In Progress: Elven Polymer Clay Cabochons

      It's been a while since the last time I posted anything here and it's been even more time since I've had clay in my hands! Omg! I've missed it so much!! The soft, smooth feeling and the ability to create the shapes you want! Just amazing! I usually don't post my unfinished creations but I'm so happy and I can't wait to find the suitable soft chocolate brown leather to attach them! I've already started imagining elves and fairies :)

Woot!! We Have A Button!!

      After a loooonnnggg lonnnggg time I finally created my first blog button!!! If you wish you can grab it!! (You can find it at the right column:))!! It's not something fancy and unfortunately it doesn't have butterflies, sniff, sniff... It tried but the result wasn't what I wanted to be so here we are with a pair of cute purple (what else???) heart post earrings!!! What do you think???

      Καλησπέρα αγαπητοί μου φίλοι!!! Μετά από πολύ καιρό το ιστιολόγιο μου έχει επιτέλους το δικό του "button"!!! Μπορείτε να το βρείτε στην δεξιά στήλη :) Δεν είναι κάτι πολύπλοκο ή εντυπωσίακο και δυστηχώς δεν έχει πεταλούδες :(. Προσπάθησα να δημιουργήσω ένα με πεταλούδες αλλά το αποτέλεσμα δεν ήταν αυτό που θα ήθελα, οπότε κατέληξα σε ένα χαριτωμένο ζευγάρι σκουλαρίκια καρδούλες!!! Πώς σας φαίνεται:;;;;

      Εδώ και αρκετές μέρες είχα ξεκινήσει να γράφω αυτή την ανάρτηση... θα ήταν μια χαρούμενη ανάρτηση και θα ξεκίναγε κάπως έτσι: "Καλημέρα σε όλους!! Μετά από απουσία πολλών εβδομάδων θα ήθελα να σας ευχηθώ Καλή Χρόνια!! Μου έχει λείψει αφάνταστα να σας γράφω αλλά λόγο έλλειψης χρόνου και αυξημένων υποχρεώσεων ξεκινάω να σας γράψω και πάντα καταλήγω να μην έχω ολοκληρώσει αυτό που θα σας έγραφα..." αλλά κάποιος είχε άλλα σχέδια για σήμερα... ένα απλό αντίο και ας ήσουν μαζί μας μόνο μερικές στιγμές....

      Καλημέρα σε όλους! Σήμερα συνειδητοποίησα πόσο μου αρέσει να  ξυπνάω το πρωί και να έχω την ευκαιρία να βλέπω τον ήλιο να ξεπροβάλει από τα κτίρια, και πόσο μου είχε λείψει :). Όχι ότι όλο αυτό τον καιρό δεν ξυπνάω πρωί απλά δεν έτυχε να έχω ανοιχτό το παράθυρο και να κάθομαι στο γραφείο μου. Άσχετα με όλα αυτά θα ήθελα να σας δείξω τα τελευταία μου κατορθώματα!! Μικρά σημειωματάρια τσέπης με μαύρο δέρμα!!! Είμαι πολύ ενθουσιασμένη! Ένα από αυτά που έχω φτιάξει ταξίδεψε στην Αγγλία! & τώρα ετοιμάζω και δύο πειρατικά για δύο αδερφάκια!! Σκεφτόμουν να προσθέσω και ένα πειρατικό χάρτη για να είναι πιο ενδιαφέρον το κυνήγι του θησαυρού!! Ουφ πολλά έγραψα για σήμερα!! Σας αφήνω τώρα γιατί έχω δουλίτσες στη μέση!! Φιλάκια σε όλους!!

      Good-morning everyone!!! Today I realized that i love to wake up at the morning and be able to watch the sun rise, I've really missed it :) It's not that I don't wake up early, it's just that i don't open the windows and sit at my desk so early. Anyway i would like to show you my latest creation!! Hand-bound Pocket leather notebooks!!! This one is one of my favorites! I'm so excited, one already traveled to England!! Now I'm working on two pirate notebooks for two little brothers:).  I was thinking to create a matching treasure map! I don't know yet:) OOoo I wrote a lot for today!! I'm off to get some things done!! Kissess!!!
